Account Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Steps to Request Account Deletion:
- Open the SnapTrack app and go to Settings
- Tap on "Delete Account" button
- Confirm your identity via email verification
- Submit your deletion request
Alternative: Email us directly at [email protected] with your account email and "Delete Account" in the subject line or Go Privacy policy page and submit deletion request.
Data Management & Retention
Data Deleted Immediately:

Data Retained (Limited Period):
- • Account deletion logs (30 days)
- • Billing records (7 years, if applicable)

Retention Timeline:
Most personal data is deleted within 24 hours of your request. Some data required for legal compliance (like billing records) may be retained for longer periods as outlined above. You will receive email confirmation when your data deletion is complete.
